Mit der Inbetriebnahme des Programms erkennen Sie folgende
Lizenzvereinbarung an:

Die Konvertierung von Styles fremder Formate ist ausschließlich 
zum privaten Gebrauch erlaubt. Die gewerbliche Nutzung des 
Programms, insbesondere die Erstellung und der Vertrieb von 
Styles, die mit "SOLTON WORKS professional" konvertiert wurden, ist strengstens 
untersagt. 

Gewerbetreibenden ist es untersagt, Styles für Dritte zu 
konvertieren. Dabei gilt auch das Verschenken dieser Styles als 
gewerbliche Nutzung. 

Für Zuwiderhandlungen gegen das Urheberrecht haftet der Benutzer 
selbst.

Wir sind in der Lage, mit "SOLTON WORKS professional" konvertierte Styles 
wiederzuerkennen. Bei Zuwiderhandlungen behalten wir uns den 
Rechtsweg vor. 

Mit dem Erwerb des Datenträgers erhalten Sie das einfache, nicht
ausschließliche Recht, das Softwareprogramm "SOLTON WORKS professional" auf 
einem einzigen Rechner zu benutzen. Das Anfertigen von Kopien 
ist nur im Rahmen der Datensicherung erlaubt.

Alle Rechte verbleiben bei der EMC Software Vertriebs GmbH, 
insbesondere das Recht auf Vervielfältigung und Verbreitung.

Da es nach dem Stand der Technik nicht möglich ist, diese Software
absolut fehlerfrei zu erstellen, muß die EMC Software Vertriebs
GmbH jegliche Haftung für falsche Angaben sowie daraus 
resultierende Folgeschäden ausschließen.

Falls der Käufer diese für Software üblichen Nutzungsbeschränkungen
nicht anerkennen will, hat er das Recht, das Produkt gegen
Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises unverzüglich und unbenutzt
zurückzugeben.

Um eine Lizenz zur gewerblichen Nutzung von "SOLTON WORKS professional"
zu erhalten, setzen Sie sich bitte mit Herrn Hopbach,
Tel. 02173/984802, in Verbindung.
Wir halten für die gewerbliche Nutzung eine Service- und eine 
Produktionslizenz bereit.

By running the program you accept the following license agreement in all points:

The conversion of Styles of is permitted for private use only. Commercial usage, in particular the creation and distribution of Styles having been converted by means of  "SOLTON WORKS professional" is strictly prohibited.

Commercialists are not being permitted to convert styles for their customers. Also giving styles away for free is a commercial usage.

The user is responsible for any action violating copyrights of any kind.

We are able to recognise Styles that have been created by means of  "SOLTON WORKS professional" Actions against this agreement may be prosecuted.

By purchasing the original disk you receive the right to run the software "SOLTON WORKS professional" on a single computer system. Copying the original disk is only permitted for backup purposes.

All rights are the propriety of the EMC Software Vertriebs GmbH, in particular the right of duplication and distribution of the software in total or partially.

As an absolute error-free programming is not possible by the current standings of technology the EMC Software Vertriebs GmbH cannot be taken responsible for the consequences of any malfunctions or bugs although the software was developed with the highest accuracy possible.

In case the buyer does not want to accept these convenient regulations for software-based products he has got the right to return the product without delay and unused. He then will get back the payed amount of money
